Farmer’s market love

Ahh, finally! There is a shortage of good farmer’s markets in close proximity to us in Suburbia. I am always on the lookout for them since moving here 3 years ago. Not sure how I missed this gem in the past. We headed out to the Grafton Farmer’s Market for their opening day. There were plenty of fruit and veggies to be had, all looking delicious! We’re getting ready to go on vacation so I didn’t buy too much, but we did buy some raspberries which are gone already! Also, a zucchini that I sauteed with garlic, basil, salt, pepper, and cherry tomatoes for dinner tonight. Yum!

These 2 year old alpaca’s stole the show! Manny fed them maple leaves, and Sister Girl cooed at them. Did you know baby alpacas sound like baby humans? They do!

There were bubbles, jump ropes, and hula hoops for the kids. Manny planted some beans to add to his garden.

You know where you’ll find us every Thursday this summer!
